Freshen Up Your Smoothie
Who doesn't love smoothies?
I am ALL about smoothies. There is a multitude of ways to make them. But how about something quick that still tastes good without the extra sugar? Here is my simple go to recipe. It's also fun to mass produce/meal prep and freeze smoothies so you can just grab it on the go! Smoothies are nutritious, energizing, and can be made many ways to fit calories and macros!

- 1 triple zero oikos greek yogurt (vanilla or strawberry)
- 1/2-1 cup of strawberries
- Hand full of blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- Fill with milk to top (if personal blender, to cover in a large)
- 1 scoop of Freshen Up Watermelon
Some other fun ingredients in smoothies include raspberries, oranges, lemon juice, pineapple, kiwi, orange juice, mangoes, flax seeds, and kale! The important thing is to make sure you add in enough liquid to balance out all of the ingredients.
Why triple zero oikos?
Triple zero oikos yogurt is something I recommend regularly. It is 100 calories per container, 15 g of protein, no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and no fat. Most sugar free/no added sugar yogurt is LOADED with artificial sweeteners which we don't like! All of this makes triple zero oikos a macro and calorie friendly way to boost your protein levels!Get creative, have fun, find something that suites you! Adding variety helps with making sure you don't get bored being in the same routine.
